Yes, the weather was lovely when we went to Sihanoukville. Technically, it's the rainy season in Cambodia. However, their rainy season means that it rains for a few hours in the afternoons. I've never been there but El Nido is about $200 per room. Sokha is only $85 per room per night (with our corporate rate). I guess it's not bad considering all the amenities, free water sports, and first class facilities. And we also got to save on transportation because we just drove and didn't have to take the plane or boat.
